How Executive Service Serves You More Efficiently

Audi Executive Service was created specifically for the driver in Charlotte who can't be without their vehicle for an entire day, but cannot or prefers not to reserve a loaner/courtesy vehicle. Every appointment has a guaranteed turnaround time of 2 hours or less, and every vehicle that comes in for Executive Service will be carefully and expertly cared-for by a team of two factory-trained Audi techs.

This team action allows Audi Northlake to create a new "fast lane" approach to luxury-car service. Now, you can get the quality and convenience you need, without compromise.

How We Maintain Quality Assurance

The system isn't quite "too good to be true". There are some exclusions/specifics to this program so that we can ensure only the highest quality in our services.

Since the time slots are reserved specifically for basic maintenance and quick services, we ask that clients with additional work requests schedule an official appointment with our main service center so that we can devote as much time as necessary to your car issues without compromising efficiency for waiting clients in the Executive Service bays. We also ask that you show up as close to your appointment time as possible--early or late arrivals could cause conflicts in our turnaround time.

Due to the high-performance engineering and highly technical nature of Audi R8, S6, S7, A8, and RS7 models, these cars are unfortunately not eligible for bookings through Audi Executive Service. If you require maintenance or work on one of these luxury cars, please schedule an appointment through our main service center and our technicians will work with you to find an appointment time that best works for you.

*Recall services administered within Executive Service is limited to work covered under warranty that is estimated to take 1.5 hours or less (ask your Audi Northlake technician to learn whether your recall service can be completed within Executive quality standards). This ensures that our technicians will able to complete the necessary work within our specified timeframe.
