Law & Venue: The sale or lease of any vehicle, and any other goods or services provided by the dealership (collectively, a "Transaction"), and all claims and causes of action (whether statutory in contract or tort) that may be based upon, arise out of or relate to such actual or proposed Transaction (including any claim or cause of action based upon, arising out of or related to any representation or warranty made or as an inducement to enter into a Transaction) shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the internal laws and judicial decisions of the state in which the dealership is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions thereof.  Any litigation, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to a Transaction shall be instituted exclusively in any state court in the state and county in which the dealership is located.  These Terms of Use are void where prohibited by law, and the right to access this website is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Mandatory, Binding Arbitration: The definitive Transaction documents will contain the agreements of customer(s) and the dealership to be bound by mandatory arbitration.
